Our Returns Policy?

You may return goods sold by katz-dancewear.co.uk within 30 days of delivery for a credit note of equal value. Please note that we are unable to exchange items.

We cannot accept returns of certain items, including:

  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
  • Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts.
  • Any Footwear or Accessories that have been worn.

Are you missing an item?

Check the delivery note that was included with your shipment. In order to fill your order quickly and efficiently with items already in stock at different fulfilment centres, we may have split your order into multiple shipments, which we would indicate on the

delivery note. If this is the case, rest assured that you will not be charged any additional shipping costs beyond those you had originally authorized.

How do I know that my order has been received?
Upon delivery note of your order, an Order Confirmation Screen will be generated issuing an order reference number. Please print out this page for future reference. You will also receive an e-mail confirming your order details.

Are Sales Invoices sent with deliveries?

The Sales Invoice is sent together with the item inside the parcel. You will need this in case you wish to return or exchange goods.
