Delivery Information

At Katz Dancewear, we pride ourselves on speedy delivery. We aim to dispatch all in-stock orders the same day (Monday–Thursday) if placed before 1:00pm, and on Fridays before 11:00am. (Excludes weekends, bank holidays, and subject to stock availability).

If any item in your order is out of stock, we’ll contact you straight away with an estimated delivery date or offer suitable alternatives. Please note, all delivery dates are estimates, and we cannot guarantee specific deadlines.

Standard Orders - Orders placed after 11:00am on Friday will be dispatched on Monday, as our premises close earlier on Fridays.

Special Delivery - Royal Mail Orders must be placed by 1:00pm and Fedex by 12 Noon (Mon–Thurs) or 11:00am (Fri) to be dispatched the same day.

If Special Delivery is chosen after 1:00pm on Thursday, your order will not arrive until Monday (as parcels are not delivered on Saturdays). In this case, 1st Class or 1st Class Tracked may be a more cost-effective option. Please provide a contact telephone number so we can reach you quickly in case of any issues.

Urgent Orders (Special Delivery or FedEx) - Royal Mail must be placed by 1:00pm and Fedex by 12 Noon (Mon–Thurs) or 11:00am (Fri). Please provide a contact telephone number so we can reach you quickly in case of any issues.

Europe and The Rest Of The World

SHIPPING COSTS FOR DELIVERY ADDRESSES OUTSIDE OF THE UK ARE CALCULATED AND INVOICED AFTER THE ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED, AND NOT AT THE POINT OF CHECKOUT.

For all orders outside of the UK, the shipping fee will be zero at the point of checkout.

Once your order is packaged and weighed, the size of the package and the weight are then used to calculate the cost to ship your order to your designated delivery country.

We will then send an invoice for this charge,  (for the USA, the customs charge will be included), and once paid, your parcel will be shiped to you.

Shipping to the EU is changing from 1st July 2026, and we will add any updates we receive on this as soon as we have it.

Changes to the EU customs reform effective from 1 July 2026.

A reminder of the changes
From 1 July 2026, the €150 customs duty exemption (de minimis) for low-value goods is removed.

This means that all Business-to-Consumer (B2C) e-commerce parcels valued at €150 or less are subject to a flat €3 customs duty per individual item classification.
